01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 568phpark ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 568phpark website located at 568phpark.one, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the 568phpark login page, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the 568phpark platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 568phpark may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

568phpark employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of 568phpark.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 568phpark platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 568phpark reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.

When registering a 568phpark account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times;
• Keep your 568phpark login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify 568phpark immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from a verified security breach attributable to 568phpark.

568phpark is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all transactions and activities that occur under your 568phpark account.

As part of the KYC process, 568phpark may require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

568phpark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. All transactions on the 568phpark platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 568phpark account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 568phpark does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 568phpark bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• 568phpark reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity;
• Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day.

568phpark reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 568phpark will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

05 Betting Rules & Wagering

All bets and wagers placed on the 568phpark platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including but not limited to live casino games, slots, bingo, Super Bingo, Dragon Gate, and sports betting markets. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general wagering rules apply across all 568phpark products:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the 568phpark system and a bet reference number has been issued;
• 568phpark reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, provided that the player is notified and the stake is returned;

06 Bonuses & Promotions

568phpark offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 568phpark promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms;
• 568phpark reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the provision of false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active on a 568phpark account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 568phpark platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 568phpark platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the 568phpark platform, its software, or its security systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 568phpark support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 568phpark staff or other players;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your 568phpark account by any third party, including family members.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 568phpark platform — including but not limited to the 568phpark brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 568phpark or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 568phpark platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 568phpark content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 568phpark content;
• Use the 568phpark brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 568phpark platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 568phpark intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 568phpark and its licensors.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 568phpark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 568phpark platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond 568phpark's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party payment systems, including GCash, PayMaya, or any banking partner.

568phpark makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Responsible Gaming

568phpark is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We recognise that while the majority of players engage with 568phpark for entertainment purposes, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. 568phpark takes this responsibility seriously and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

11 Suspension & Termination

568phpark reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account closure;
• Detection of duplicate account activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 13 Amendments to These Terms

568phpark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 568phpark will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 568phpark platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
